About

Felix Research is a London based financial software start-up, with a focus on building user-facing applications that combine useful elements of artificial intelligence solutions as well as improved general software design to offer efficient products. Our core focus is the development of FelixOne, which will launch in 2026.

Felix One represents more than a data platform or collaboration workspace - it's an interface designed to enhance human thinking itself. Born from the frustration of losing precious moments of insight to poor tool integration, Felix One embodies a vision first articulated by Douglas Engelbart nearly six decades ago: Augmented Intelligence

Our aim is straightforward; analysts and researchers should be able to think faster than markets move while maintaining rigour and accountability.

But they need the right tools.

Research teams face a widening gap between information volume and the tools available to manage it. Generative AI accelerates analysis but often introduces instability.

Traditional BI platforms provide structure but rarely ease the cognitive load, because they provide lots of functionality, but not in an intuitive interface, where data is easily manipulated and analysed. Felix Research operates at the nexus point of these existing approaches. We design technology that combines computational speed with transparent reasoning and clear provenance.

Built to supercharge analysts, our flagship interface, FelixOne, will allow users to:

  • Unify scattered internal and external data into a single, searchable command centre using our augmented intelligence layer.
  • Streamline workflows with live, centralised collaboration between teams.
  • Find, analyse and convert information into presentation-ready deliverables via FRx’s agentic AI researcher.

Through The Felix View, our research and editorial arm, we examine how enterprise AI is reshaping financial analysis and we focus focussing on practical reality, investigating the constraints, risks and opportunities institutions financial markets actors face today.

We are building tools for the next a new era of financial intelligence. Tools that make complex insight accessible, keeping and that keep humans at the centre core of decision-making.

If you are exploring how to bring clarity and velocity to your financial research workflows, follow our work and stay connected with the Felix Research community as we build the future of financial intelligence.

Who is Felix Research

We’re a small team based in the Battersea Power Station, committed to the idea that research should be governed by thoughts, not dealing with complex tools or fragmented information.

Ben Jaletzke

Founder & CEO

Ben worked in the infrastructure private equity and hedge-fund space for several years, before deciding to focus full-time on building the FelixOne platform and Felix Research, to provide analysts with clearer information, faster.

Sav Moyo

COO

Having completed an MA in Medical Ethics and Law, with a focus on AI and liability, Sav moved into operations management. With experience across sectors including private medicine, IP software and the third sector, she joined Felix Research to help build FelixOne on the AI governance and policy development front. Hopefully distilling clarity out of complexity.

James Hall

CCO

Commercial lead and co-founder at Felix. Spent his career in sales and trading across alternative assets and prime property, training institutional clients on trading platforms and conducting research to source investment opportunities. Experienced firsthand how fragmented and inefficient financial research had become. Co-founded Felix to address that, responsible for go-to-market strategy and ensuring the platform solves real problems for its users.

Dimitri Lesas

Founding Engineer

Dimitri joined Felix Research as founding engineer after delivering AI and data platforms across defence and national-security environments. Passionate about turning complex information into accessible insight, he now architects FelixOne’s platform, helping reshape how institutional investors discover, compare and analyse companies through AI-driven intelligence.
